摘　　要：目的探究门诊针对性护理对糖尿病足患者依从性及护理效果的影响。方法选取2019年1月—2021年6月漳州市医院门诊收治的156例糖尿病足患者,随机分为A组(78例)、B组(78例),分别实施常规门诊导诊护理、针对性门诊导诊护理,比较两组护理效果。结果B组护理依从性优良率高于A组(97.44%vs 88.46%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。B组创面愈合时间短于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理前,两组疼痛数字模拟法(NRS)评分、自我护理能力评价量表(ESCA)评分对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,B组疼痛数字模拟法(NRS)评分低于A组、自我护理能力评价量表(ESCA)评分高于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。B组护理有效率高于A组(96.15%vs 85.90%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对糖尿病足患者实施针对性护理,可提升其护理依从性,缓解其疼痛感受,提升其自我护理能力,提升护理有效率,效果显著。Objective To explore the influence of targeted nursing on compliance and nursing effect of patients with diabetic foot.Methods 156 patients with diabetes foot who were admitted to the outpatient department of Zhangzhou Hospital from January 2019 to June 2021 were randomly divided into group A(78 patients)and group B(78 patients).Routine outpatient guidance nursing and targeted outpatient guidance nursing were carried out respectively,and the nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results The excellent and good rate of nursing compliance in Group B was higher than that in Group A(97.44%vs 88.46%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The wound healing time in Group B was shorter than that in Group A,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);before nursing,there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in pain numerical simulation(NRS)scores and self care ability evaluation scale(ESCA)scores(P>0.05);after nursing,the score of NRS in Group B was lower than that in Group A,and the score of ESCA was higher than that in Group A,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing effectiveness rate in Group B was higher than that in Group A(96.15%vs 85.90%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of targeted nursing for diabetic foot patients can improve their nursing compliance,relieve their pain,improve their self-care ability,improve nursing efficiency,the effect is significant.
