温阳健脾法联合降糖药治疗对2型糖尿病胰岛素抵抗患者的影响分析

摘　　要：目的探究温阳健脾法联合降糖药治疗2型糖尿病胰岛素抵抗的效果分析。方法选取泾川县中医医院2020年8月—2022年8月100例2型糖尿病胰岛素患者为研究对象,按用药不同随机分为对照组与观察组,每组50例。其中,对照组给予降糖药物治疗,观察组给予温阳健脾中药联合降糖药物治疗,对比两组临床治疗效果及不良反应发生情况,评估两组入组前后血糖指标及血脂水平改善情况。结果观察组临床治疗有效率(98.00%)明显高于对照组(86.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组临床不良反应发生率(2.00%)明显低于对照组(16.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组血糖指标(空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白、餐后1 h血糖)情况对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组血糖指标改善情况明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组血脂水平(血清总胆固醇、三酰甘油)情况对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组血脂水平改善情况明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论温阳健脾法联合降糖药治疗2型糖尿病胰岛素抵抗,可明显提高患者临床治疗有效性,降低不良反应提高安全性,同时对于血糖指标、血脂水平的改善、稳定效果显著,提升预后患者生活质量。Objective To explore the effect of Wenyang Jianpi method combined with hypoglycemic drugs on insulin resistance of type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods 100 cases of insulin patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus from Jingchuan County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from August 2020 to August 2022 were selected as research objects,and were randomly divided into control group and observation group according to different drug use,with 50 cases in each group.Among them,the control group was treated with hypoglycemic drugs,and the observation group was treated with warming Yang and strengthening spleen Chinese medicine combined with hypoglycemic drugs.The clinical therapeutic effect and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups,and the improvement of blood glucose indexes and blood lipid levels were evaluated before and after the inclusion of the two groups.Results The clinical effective rate of the observation group(98.00%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(86.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of clinical adverse reactions in observation group(2.00%)was significantly lower than that in control group(16.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in blood glucose indexes(fasting blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin,1-hour postprandial blood glucose)between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the improvement of blood glucose indexes in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in blood lipid levels(serum total cholesterol and triglyceride)between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the improvement of blood lipid level in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Warming Yang and s
