妊娠糖尿病患者孕中期和孕晚期血脂及炎性因子水平检测结果比较

摘　　要：目的探讨妊娠糖尿病患者孕中期和孕晚期血脂及炎性因子水平的差异。方法回顾性分析2021年3月—2022年8月在吉林市中心医院治疗的妊娠糖尿病患者共93例。将47例患者纳入孕中期妊娠糖尿病组,将46例患者纳入孕晚期妊娠糖尿病组。同时将90名健康孕妇纳入健康孕妇组。比较各组血脂和炎性因子水平。结果妊娠糖尿病患者TG、TC和LDL-C高于健康孕妇组,HDL-C低于健康孕妇组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。孕晚期妊娠糖尿病组TG、TC和LDL-C高于孕中期妊娠糖尿病组,HDL-C低于孕中期妊娠糖尿病组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。妊娠糖尿病患者TNF-α和IL-6等指标均高于健康孕妇组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。孕晚期妊娠糖尿病组TNF-α和IL-6等指标均高于孕中期妊娠糖尿病组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论妊娠糖尿病患者血脂和炎性因子水平与健康孕妇有所差异,同时也具有随着妊娠阶段不同,而发生变化的特点。Objective To investigate the difference of serum lipids and inflammatory factors between the second and third trimester of gestational diabetes mellitus.Methods A total of 93 patients with gestational diabetes treated in Jilin Central Hospital from March 2021 to August 2022 were retrospectively analyzed.47 patients were included in the second trimester of gestational diabetes mellitus group and 46 patients in the third trimester of gestational diabetes mellitus group.At the same time,ninety healthy pregnant women were included in the healthy pregnant women group.The levels of blood fat and inflammatory factors were compared in each group.Results TG,TC and LDL-C in patients with gestational diabetes were higher than those in healthy pregnant women,and HDL-C was lower than that in healthy pregnant women,and the difference were statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of TG,TC and LDL-C in the third trimester gestational diabetes group were higher than those in the second trimester gestational diabetes group,and HDL-C was lower than that in the second trimester gestational diabetes group,and the difference were statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of TNF-αand IL-6 in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus were higher than those in healthy pregnant women,and the difference were statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of TNF-α and IL-6 in the third trimester gestational diabetes group were higher than those in the second trimester gestational diabetes group,and the difference were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The levels of blood lipid and inflammatory factors in gestational diabetes mellitus are different from those in healthy pregnant women,and they also change with different stages of pregnancy.
