胰岛素不同用药方法治疗妊娠期糖尿病的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的为控制妊娠糖尿病孕妇的血糖水平,探讨胰岛素不同用药方法的治疗效果。方法选取2020年8月—2021年8月福建省平潭综合实验区医院收治的56例妊娠期糖尿病孕妇为研究对象,随机分为两组,每组28例。对照组用胰岛素皮下间断注射的方式治疗,观察组用胰岛素泵治疗,评价两组的治疗情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良妊娠结局、新生儿不良结局发生率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组餐后2 h血糖、空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论胰岛素泵治疗可改善母婴结局,能够增强治疗效果,有利于控制血糖指标。Objective In order to control the blood glucose level of pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus,the therapeutic effect of different medication methods of insulin was discussed.Methods A total of 56 pregnant women with gestational diabetes admitted to Pingtan Comprehensive Experimental Area Hospital of Fujian Province from August 2020 to August 2021 were selected as the study objects and randomly divided into two groups with 28 cases in each group.The control group was treated with intermittent subcutaneous injection of insulin,and the observation group was treated with insulin pump.The treatment situation of the two groups was evaluated.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse pregnancy outcome and neonatal adverse outcome in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of 2-hour postprandial blood glucose,fasting blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Insulin pump treatment can improve the outcome of maternal and infant,enhance the therapeutic effect,and is conducive to the control of blood glucose indexes.
