多学科协作护理对老年糖尿病患者血糖水平及并发症发生率的影响

摘　　要：目的分析在老年糖尿病患者的临床护理工作中开展多学科协作护理的效果及价值。方法本研究需借助回顾性方式展开,选取2021年1—10月福建省立医院收治的老年糖尿病患者72例为研究对象。对所有患者进行规范分组,每组36例,其中对照组给予常规护理,观察组实施多学科协作护理。比较两组血糖水平、并发症发生率以及生活质量。结果护理后与对照组相比,观察组患者血糖水平较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与对照组22.22%的并发症发生率相比,观察组的5.56%较低,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.181,P<0.05)。与对照组相比,观察组患者生活质量较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在老年糖尿病患者的临床护理工作中开展多学科协作护理具有显著效果。Objective To analyze the effect and value of multidisciplinary collaborative care in the clinical care of elderly patients with diabetes mellitus.Methods This study was conducted retrospectively with 72 cases of elderly patients with diabetes mellitus in Fujian Provincial Hospital from January to October 2021.All patients were grouped into standardized groups,36 cases in each group.Among them,the control group was given conventional care and the observation group implemented multidisciplinary collaborative care.Blood glucose level,complication rate,and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results After care,the patients in the observation group had lower blood glucose levels compared with the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The observation group had a lower complication rate of 5.56%compared to 22.22%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.181,P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the quality of life of patients in the observation group was higher,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The multidisciplinary collaborative care in the clinical care of elderly patients with diabetes mellitus has significant effects.
