摘　　要：酮症酸中毒是妊娠期糖尿病患者易发生的急性并发症之一,会导致孕产妇及胎儿的病死率升高,对家庭和社会的经济和发展都具有严重的不利影响。本文将从妊娠期糖尿病酮症酸中毒(diabetes ketoacidosis,DKA)的临床表现、危害、治疗及护理等方面展开综述,以期为妊娠糖尿病合并酮症酸患者的综合救治及护理提供参考依据。Ketoacidosis is one of the acute complications of diabetes patients in pregnancy,which will lead to increased mortality of pregnant women and fetuses,and has a serious adverse impact on the economic and development of family and society.This article will review the clinical manifestations,hazards,treatment and nursing care of diabetes ketoacidosis(DKA)in pregnancy,with a view to providing a reference for comprehensive treatment and nursing care of pregnant diabetes patients with ketoacidosis.
