基于象思维运用围针刺联合中药温热浸泡治疗青少年跖疣20例

摘　　要：目的 从象思维角度观察运用围针刺联合中药温热浸泡治疗青少年跖疣(湿热血瘀证)20例的临床疗效。方法 选取2021年6月—2022年2月浏阳市中医医院皮肤科门诊收治的20例患者行围针刺治疗,每周治疗1次,2周为1个疗程;每次治疗24 h后联合自拟消疣方局部温热浸泡,1次/d,每次浸泡时间至少20 min,连续3 d,每周复诊观察疗效及不良反应,共治疗2个疗程。结果 所有患者治疗过程中无不良反应发生,总有效率85.00%。结论 围针刺联合中药温热浸泡治疗青少年跖疣(湿热血瘀证)具有良好的临床疗效和安全性,值得临床推广。Objective e To observe the clinical efficacy of surrounding needling combined with warm soaking with Chinese medicine decoction in treating verruca plantaris in 20 adolescents with the syndrome of dampness-heat and blood stasis from Xiang thinking.Methods sTwenty patients visiting the Department of Dermatology of Liuyang Hospital of Chinese Medicine from June 2021 to February 2022 were selected and treated with surrounding needling once a week,2 weeks per course.The warm soaking with self-formulated Chinese medicine decoction was performed 24 h after each time of needling once a day for 3 consecutive days,and each time of soaking lasted for at least 20 min.During the weekly follow-up visits,the efficacy and adverse reactions were recorded.The patients were treated for 2 courses.Results No adverse reactions occurred during the treatment,and the total response rate was 85.00%.Conclusion Surrounding needling combined with warm soaking with Chinese medicine decoction demonstrates good efficacy and safety in treating verruca plantaris in the adolescents with the syndrome of dampness-heat and blood stasis,being worthy of clinical promotion.
