摘　　要：当归六黄汤出自于《兰室密藏》,具有滋阴泻火、固表止汗之功,主治阴虚火扰之发热盗汗之症。本文作者在临证中,使用当归六黄汤治疗内伤发热一证,取得了较好的疗效,本文介绍了临证验案及作者自身的用药体会,具有一定的临床参考价值。Danggui Liuhuang Decoction first recorded in A Secret Book Kept in Chamber(Lan Shi Mi Cang)has the functions of nourishing yin,purging fire,consolidating exterior,and stopping sweating.It is mainly used to treat fever and night sweat caused by yin deficiency and fire disturbance.We reported a case of internal damage fever treated with Danggui Liuhuang Decoction,which demonstrated good efficacy.This paper expounded the experience of treating internal damage fever with Danggui Liuhuang Decoction,aiming to provide a reference for the clinical practice.
