“扶阳益阴”理论启发下阴虚治法探讨

摘　　要：针对阴虚病证,传统治法多以滋阴填精为主。随清代以来火神派发展,“阳主阴从”的阴阳观逐渐为世人认同,火神派医家卢铸之先生以此为据,针对阴虚提出“扶阳益阴”的论治思路,以扶阳法治疗阴虚证,临床效佳。然而,对于外感邪热、七情内伤及虚劳内伤等所致阴虚之人,“扶阳益阴”理论仍具有局限性,临床应联合其他学派治法予以完善和发展,不拘于一派之见,择善而从。t In view of yin deficiency syndrome,the traditional treatment mainly focuses on nourishing yin and filling essence.However,with the development of fire-spirit school since the Qing Dynasty,the yin-yang concept of"yang dominates and yin follows"was gradually recognized.Mr.Lu Zhuzhi,a doctor of fire-spirit school,took this as a basis and proposed the treatment idea of"supporting yang and benefiting yin"for the treatment of yin deficiency syndrome with the yang-supporting method,achieving good clinical efficacy.However,for people with yin deficiency caused by exogenous pathogenic heat and internal injury due to emotional disorder and exhaustion,the theory of"supporting yang and benefiting yin"still has limitations.In clinical practice,methods from other schools should be combined for improvement and development.
