摘　　要：原双工位钢丝圈制造机使用的是三菱系统,为了能更稳定、高效的完成制品的生产,我们采用了更为先进的Rockwell控制系统。更改制造机的控制系统使设备最大限度的提高设备的有效使用率,提高生产产量和工艺效果,数据信息化提供了便利,本文主要介绍该系统的使用功能。The original dual station wire ring manufacturing machine used a Mitsubishi system.In order to achieve more stable and efficient production of products,we adopted a more advanced Rockwell control system.The modification of the control system of the manufacturing machine maximizes the effective utilization rate of the equipment,improves production output and process effectiveness.Data informatization provides convenience,and this article mainly introduces the usage functions of the system.
