摘　　要：胎面断面尺寸是评判胎面质量好坏的重要指标,为避免接触式人工测量方法弊端,本文利用激光位移传感器,设计了胎面在线式断面扫描装置。该装置测量准确、快速,可完全代替接触式人工测量方法,投入使用后能满足生产和工艺的要求。The cross-sectional size of the tread is an important indicator for evaluating the quality of the tread.To avoid the drawbacks of contact based manual measurement methods,this paper designs an online tire profile scanning device using laser displacement sensors.This device measures accurately and quickly,and can completely replace the contact manual measurement method.After being put into use,it can meet the requirements of production and process.
