摘 要:采用恒界面池法研究了用P507-硫酸体系反萃取Ni(Ⅱ)的动力学,考察了搅拌速度、界面积、温度、硫酸浓度、负载镍有机相(NiA_(2))浓度对Ni(Ⅱ)初始反萃取速率的影响。结果表明:Ni(Ⅱ)初始反萃取速率随温度升高而升高,反萃取反应表观活化能为23.3 kJ/mol,反萃取过程受扩散和化学反应混合控制,且反应发生在相界面处,硫酸反萃取Ni(Ⅱ)的动力学速率方程为:r_(0)=K[NiA_(2)]^(1.01)[H+]^(1.83)。The stripping kinetics of Ni(Ⅱ)with P507-sulfuric acid system was studied by constant interfacial cell method.The effects of stirring speed,interfacial area,temperature,sulfuric acid concentration and molar concentration of NiA_(2) on the stripping rate were investigated.The results show that the stripping rate increases with the increase of temperature,and the apparent activation energy of the stripping is 23.3 kJ/mol.The stripping process is controlled by a mixture of diffusion and chemical reactions and the reaction occurs at the phase interface.The kinetic rate equation of sulfuric acid stripping of Ni(Ⅱ)is:r_(0)=K[NiA_(2)]^(1.01)[H+]^(1.83).
