摘 要:研究了用N503从低浓度铌溶液中萃取铌,再用水反萃取载铌有机相,制备五氧化二铌,确定了最佳萃取及反萃取条件。结果表明:控制含铌溶液中氢氟酸浓度2.5 mol/L、硫酸浓度2 mol/L,在萃取剂为25%N503+75%磺化煤油、萃取时间3 min、萃取相比V_(o)/V_(a)=1/1.5条件下进行5级逆流萃取,铌萃取率大于90%;在反萃取相比V_(o)/V_(a)=3/1、反萃取时间7 min、反萃取温度30℃条件下,用水单级反萃取载铌有机相,铌反萃取率大于95%。用N503萃取—水反萃取低浓度铌溶液可制得纯度大于95%的五氧化二铌产品。Niobium pentoxide was prepared using N503 to extract niobium from low concentration niobium solution and then using water to reverse extract the organic phase containing niobium.The optimum extraction and stripping extraction conditions were determined.The results show that the niobium extraction rate is more than 90%under the conditions of hydrofluoric acid concentration of 2.5 mol/L and sulfuric acid concentration of 2 mol/L in the solution containing niobium,the extraction solvent of 25%N503 and 75%sulfonated keroides,the extraction time of 3 min and V_(o)/V_(a)=1/1.5 with five-stage countercurrent extraction.Under the conditions of V_(o)/V_(a)=3/1,stripping time of 7 min and stripping temperature of 30℃,the niobium-containing organic phase is contained in single stage back extraction with water,and the yield of niobium back extraction is greater than 95%.The purity of niobium pentoxide is higher than 95%by using N503 extraction and water back extraction.
