摘  要:研究了用P204、P507萃取分离赤泥浸出液中的铁、钙,考察了萃取剂的体积分数、水相pH、萃取温度、萃取时间和相比V_(O)/V_(A)对铁、钙萃取分离的影响,确定了2种萃取剂的最佳萃取试验条件,对比了萃取性能。结果表明:有机相组成为40%P204+60%磺化煤油时,在水相pH=1.4、萃取温度50℃、萃取时间15 min、相比V_(O)/V_(A)=1/1条件下,Fe^(3+)萃取率为94.29%,Ca^(2+)萃取率为5.07%,P204可较好萃取分离铁和钙;有机相为30%P507+70%磺化煤油时,在水相pH=2.5、萃取温度40℃、萃取时间15 min、相比V_(O)/V_(A)=3/1条件下,Fe^(3+)萃取率可达99.67%,Ca^(2+)萃取率为1.95%;P204、P507都能从赤泥浸出液中萃取分离铁、钙,相较而言,P507萃取分离性能好于P204。The extraction and separation of iron and calcium from red mud leaching solution with P204 or P507 were studied.The effects of volume fraction,aqueous phase pH,extraction temperature,extraction time and phase ratio V_(O)/V_(A)on the extraction and separation of iron and calcium were investigated.The optimum extraction test conditions of the two extractants were determined and the extraction performance was compared.The results show that the extraction rate of Fe^(3+)and Ca^(2+)is 94.29%and 5.07%,respectively,under the conditions of the organic phase of 40%P204+60%sulfonated kerosene,aqueous phase pH=1.4,extraction temperature of 50℃,extraction time of 15 min and V_(O)/V_(A)=1/1.The extraction rate of Fe^(3+)and Ca^(2+)can reach 99.67%and 1.95%,respectively,under the conditions of the organic phase of 30%P507+70%sulfonated kerosene,aqueous phase pH=2.5,extraction temperature of 40℃,extraction time of 15 min and V_(O)/V_(A)=3/1.P204 and P507 can extract and separate iron and calcium from the red mud leaching solution,compared with P204,P507 has better extraction and separation performance.
