摘  要:研究了以氯甲基苯乙烯作单体、以高强度低密度真空玻璃微球(HMG)为填料、采用悬浮聚合法制备低密度树脂并用于从矿浆中吸附铀。结果表明:以十二烷基硫酸钠为表面活性剂、以膨润土为触变剂,可降低连续相水表面张力,所制备树脂密度低,约0.87 g/mL;在碱性矿浆200 mL、铀质量浓度500 mg/L、低密度树脂用量1 g、CO_(3)^(2-)质量浓度17.5 g/L、HCO_(3)^(-)质量浓度6.3 g/L、pH=10、室温下静态吸附铀16 h,连续吸附3次后达到平衡,饱和吸附量为51.8 mg/g;吸附过程符合准二级动力学模型和Langmuir等温吸附模型;经10次连续逆流吸附,树脂吸附量保持在48.2 mg/g左右,性能稳定,表面无破损,树脂漂浮率接近100%。A low density resin was prepared by thixotropic suspension polymerization using chloromethyl styrene as monomer and high strength low density vacuum glass microspheres(HMG)as filler,and it was used to adsorb uranium from pulp.The results show that using sodium dodecyl sulfate as surfactant and bentonite as thixotropin can reduce the surface tension of continuous phase water,and the density of the prepared resin is low,about 0.87 g/mL.Under the conditions of alkaline pulp of 200 mL,uranium mass concentration of 500 mg/L,low density resin dosage of 1 g,CO_(3)^(2-)mass concentration of 17.5 g/L,HCO_(3)^(-)mass concentration of 6.3 g/L,pH=10 and static adsorption of uranium at room temperature for 16 h,the equilibrium is reached after three consecutive adsorption times and the saturated adsorption capacity is 51.8 mg/g.The adsorption process conforms to the quasi-second-order kinetic model and Langmuir isothermal adsorption model.After 10 times of continuous countercurrent adsorption,the resin adsorption capacity can remain at about 48.2 mg/g,stable performance,no damage on the surface,the floating rate of resin is close to 100%.
