摘  要:鉴于传统槽式复合多曲面聚光集热器所固有的吸热体表面换热方式、吸热体与循环介质换热面积恒定等对集热效率提升造成限制,文章提出了可优化吸热体的槽式复合多曲面聚光集热器。通过在聚光集热器焦斑位置单层玻璃管内安装吸热体以实现光热体内换热、循环流速与吸热体换热面积的优化。首先,利用光学仿真软件TracePro计算分析了星形六翼吸热体、V形吸热体对聚光器光学性能的影响机理,基于此,在实际天气条件下,开展了聚光器内嵌星形六翼吸热体时集热性能的测试研究,分析了聚光器进、出口温差、瞬时集热量随气象条件的变化规律。结果表明,当入射偏角小于15°时,聚光器的聚光效率和光线接收率受入射偏角影响较小,光线正入射时,内嵌星形六翼吸热体的聚光器聚光效率与光线接收率最高,分别为73.08%和95.20%,当径向入射偏角为0~20°时,聚光器内嵌星形六翼吸热体时的聚光效率与光线接收率分别比内嵌V形吸热体时高6.50%和8.46%。在晴好天气下,聚光器进、出口温差、瞬时集热量与太阳辐照度变化趋势一致,且均在正午时达到最大值,分别为38.4℃和667.34 W,此时聚光器的光热转化效率为65.03%。Since the improvement of the heating collection efficiency of the traditional trough compound multi-surface concentrator is limited by the heat transfer mode on the surface of the absorber and the heat transfer area between the absorber and the circulating medium.This paper proposes a trough compound multi-surface concentrator that can optimize the absorber.By installing the absorber in the single-layer glass tube of the concentrator,the direct photothermal conversion in the absorber body can be realized and the heat transfer area between the circulating medium and the absorber can be increased.Firstly,the optical simulation software TracePro is used to calculate and analyze the influence mechanism of the star six-wings shaped and V-shaped absorbers on the optical performance of the concentrator.Based on this,under actual weather conditions.The testing study of concentrator with star six-wings shaped absorber was carried out,and the variation law of inlet and outlet temperature difference and instantaneous heat collection of the concentrator with meteorological conditions was analyzed.The results show that when the incidence angle is less than 15°,the concentrating efficiency and light receiving rate of the concentrator are less affected by the incidence angle.When the light is normally incident,the concentrating efficiency and light receiving rate of the concentrator embedded star six-wings shaped absorber are the highest,which are 73.08%and 95.20%,respectively.When the radial incidence angle is 0~20°,the concentrating efficiency and light receiving rate of the concentrator embedded star six-wings shaped absorber are 6.50%and 8.46%higher than those embedded Vshaped absorber,respectively.In sunny weather,the temperature difference between inlet and outlet and instantaneous heat collection of the concentrator are consistent with the trend of solar irradiance,and reach the maximum at noon,which are 38.4℃and 667.34 W,respectively,and the photothermal conversion efficiency of the concentrator is 65.03%.
