摘  要:为增强公安交通管理部门的交通管理能力,提升城市交通通行的效率,针对车联网环境下车辆智能管理工作,以城市区域内大规模智能网联车辆为研究对象,开展集群调度运行管理方法研究。首先,提出集群调度运行管理的车路协同管控与服务的雾架构,其主要由物理传感器数据生成层、实体雾节点雾计算层和数据管理信息服务中心远程云计算层三层组成。然后,以雾架构为纲详细介绍了雾节点的六种可能的通信路径以及雾引擎需配置具备的三种工作模式。接着,以智能网联车辆集群调度运行应遵循的四点原则为出发点,给出了雾编排器集群调度运行管理的方法,包括调度计划的制定、发布、集群调度运行以及效果评估四个步骤。最后,通过五车编队试验验证提出的雾架构及集群调度运行管理方法的调度原理,试验结果表明,可将五辆具有一定智能性的无人车辆运行到各自的指定区域,验证了雾架构及集群车辆的调度运行管理方法的可行性与可实施性。In order to enhance the traffic management capacity of public security traffic management departments and improve the urban traffic efficiency,this paper focuses on the research of dispatching operation management method of flocking for intelligent vehicle management in the context of vehicle networking has been conducted with large-scale intelligent connected vehicles in urban areas as the research object.Firstly,a fog architecture for the coordinated control and service of vehicles and routes in scheduling and operation management is proposed,which is mainly composed of three layers:the physical sensor data generation layer,the entity fog node fog computing layer,and the data management information service center remote cloud computing layer.Then,taking the fog architecture as an outline,the six possible communication paths of the fog node and the three working modes that the fog engine needs to be configured with are detailed.Next,based on the four principles that should be followed in the flocking for the intelligent connected vehicles dispatching operation management,a method for managing the dispatching operation management of the fog arranger is presented,including four steps:the formulation and issuance of scheduling plans,the flocking scheduling operation,and the effectiveness evaluation.Finally,the scheduling principles of the proposed fog architecture and flocking scheduling operation management method are verified through a five-vehicle formation test.The test results show that five intelligent unmanned vehicles can be operated to their designated areas,verifying the feasibility and enforceability of the fog architecture and scheduling operation management method of flocking for vehicles.
