摘 要:随着汽车行业的发展,汽车空调系统作为汽车安全性和舒适性的重要总成之一,其除霜除雾性能对汽车行驶安全性起着至关重要的作用,必须满足国家强制性法规要求,而汽车前除霜、除雾风道设计得好坏直接影响汽车除霜除雾系统的性能。文章从汽车前除霜风道的布置、材料的选择、制作工艺方法以及与仪表板的匹配关系等方面阐述了汽车前除霜风道的设计,目的在于为后续车型开发提供相应的参考。并利用有限元分析软件HyperMesh和Fluent对某一皮卡车型前除霜风道进行计算流体动力学(CFD)分析,结果表明,在前挡玻璃A区,A'区和B区的除霜百分比满足本公司规范要求,避免因前除霜风道设计不合理导致汽车满足不了属性要求。With the development of automobile industry,as one of the important assemblies of automobile safety and comfort,the defrosting and defogging performance of automobile air conditioning system plays an important role in automobile driving safety,which must meet the national mandatory regulations.Whether the design of automobile front defrosting air duct is reasonable directly affects the performance of automobile defrosting and defogging system.This paper introduces the design of the front defrosting air duct from the aspects of the layout of the front defrosting air duct,the selection of materials,the manufacturing process and the matching relationship with the instrument panel,in order to provide corresponding reference for the subsequent model development.The finite element analysis software HyperMesh and Fluent are used to conduct computational fluid dynamics(CFD)analysis on the front defrosting air duct.The results show that the defrosting percentages in area A,A'and B of the front windshield meet the requirements of the company's specifications,so as to avoid the failure of the vehicle to meet the attribute requirements due to the unreasonable design of the front defrosting air duct.
