摘 要:文章介绍了两种空气悬架的结构差异和空气悬架系统多体建模方法,在ADAMS/Car中完成两种空气悬架多体模型的建立,对比分析了平行轮跳和反向轮跳两种试验工况,结果表明,两种空气悬架的运动杆系对整车行驶平顺性影响较小,多功能稳定杆相比稳定杆结构空气悬架有利于改善车辆行驶稳定性,该研究结果为商用车空气悬架方案设计提供理论依据。This paper introduces the structural differences of the two air suspensions and the multibody modeling method of the air suspension system,the establishment of the multi-body models of the two air suspensions in ADAMS/Car,and compares and analyzes the two test conditions of parallel wheel jump and reverse wheel jump.The results show that the motion linkage of the two air suspensions has little impact on the ride comfort of the whole vehicle,compared with air suspension with stabilizer bar structure,multifunctional stabilizer bar is beneficial to improve vehicle driving stability.
