摘  要:结合莱钢银山型钢120 t转炉实际生产情况,进行中高硅铁水少渣冶炼试验并探索其工艺制度。试验结果表明:采用双渣留渣操作可大幅减少石灰加入量,有效的降低渣料消耗。同等条件下,少渣冶炼石灰消耗比传统双渣法降低15 kg/t,红渣量降低20 kg/t;且钢铁料消耗得以降低。Combined with the actual production of 120 t converter of Yinshan section steel in Laiwu Iron and Steel Co.,Ltd.,this paper conducts the smelting test of medium high silicon hot metal with less slag and explores its process system.The test results show that the operation of double slag retention can greatly reduce the amount of lime added and effectively reduce the slag consumption.Under the same conditions,the consumption of lime in smelting with less slag is 15 kg/t lower than that in traditional double slag method,and the amount of red slag is 20 kg/t lower;And the consumption of iron and steel can be reduced.
