摘　　要：墙壁开关拨打声音作为消费者对开关最直接的感知体验,已经成为消费者选择开关的重要因素之一,从用户的生理与心理角度出发可知,一个好的开关应该具有优良的拨打声品质。而目前对于开关的研究主要集中在拨打手感领域,拨打声品质作为同样重要的评价因素之一相关研究却较少。为明确什么样的开关声音是人们所需要的,并进行针对性客观量化评价,通过主观评价及客观测试对墙壁开关的拨打声品质展开研究,并对主客观评价结果进行相关性分析,进一步确定开关声品质评价指标。主客观分析结果表明,声压级、响度和语音清晰度指标与主观评价结果的相关性较高,可以作为开关声品质的评价指标,对开关拨打声音进行客观评价,这对产品的设计和优化具有重要指导意义。As the direct perception experience of consumers,the dialing sound of wall switch has become one of the most important factors for consumers to choose switches.From the perspective of user's physiology and psychology,a good switch should have excellent dialing sound quality.At present,the research of switches mainly focuses on the field of dialing feel,and there are few related researches on dialing sound quality.In order to clarify what kind of switch sound are needed for people,and to carry out objective quantitative evaluation,the dialing sound quality of wall switches is studied through subjective evaluation and objective testing,the correlation of the subjective and objective evaluation results is analyzed,and the switch sound quality evaluation index is determined.The subjective and objective analysis results show that the sound pressure level,loudness and speech intelligibility indicators have a high correlation with the subjective evaluation results,which can be used as the evaluation indicators of the switch sound quality.This study has an important guiding significance for product design and optimization.
