摘 要:针对鞍钢炼铁工序数字化程度不够、智能化程度不高、缺乏统一的智能化管控平台,不适应集约化、数字化及智能化发展需要的突出问题,研发了鞍钢智慧高炉大数据可视化平台。通过建立以高炉群为核心、覆盖其他工序的大数据处理中心,打破了“信息孤岛”,同时在炼铁机理层面开发高炉“一炉一策”数学模型,对不同炉型高炉冶炼过程实施统筹智能管理和可视化监控,实现了鞍钢炼铁工序全流程的转型升级,极大提升了高炉生产、技术与管理的数字化、科学化、智能化水平。In allusion to the protrudent problem that the digitization and intelligentization of ironmaking process in Ansteel were not enough,and the unified intelligent management and control platform was not suitable for the intensive,digitized and intelligentized development,the big data visualization platform for Ansteel smart blast furnaces(BFs)was developed.By establishing a big data processing center with BFs group as the core including other processes,the Information Silo was broken and not isolated at all.Instead,the mathematical model for One Furnace with One Countermeasure for BFs was developed based on the ironmaking mechanism,and thus integrated intelligent management and visual monitoring were carried out for the smelting processes of dfferent furnaces.Therefore the transformation and upgrading of the whole ironmaking process was achieved in Ansteel,which greatly improved the digital,scientific and intelligent level of production,technology and management in terms of the BFs.
