摘 要:为了研究低合金高强钢板在淬火处理过程中的尺寸变化规律,选取22SiMn2TiB和30CrNi3MoV两种钢板,对其淬火前后的同一位置进行三维尺寸测量并统计分析尺寸变化情况。结果表明,两种低合金高强钢板在淬火前后厚度减薄,宽度和长度尺寸均增加,且膨胀率相近。In order to study the law of changes in size concerning low alloy high strength steel plates during quenching treatment,these two kinds of steel plates such as 22SiMn2TiB and 30CrNi3MoV steel grades were selected to measure their three-dimensional sizes at the same positions before and after quenching and analyze the changes in size based on statistic data.The analytical results showed that the thickness of these two kinds of low alloy high strength steel plates was reduced before and after quenching,while their widths and lengths were increased and their expansion rates were close.
