摘  要:针对7 m焦炉炼焦耗热量偏高问题,分析了耗热量影响因素,通过采取降低高炉煤气温度、降低焦炉焦饼中心温度、调整风门开度降低空气过剩系数和提高焦炉炉墙严密性等控制措施,焦炉炼焦耗热量由3 244 kJ/kg降低至2 965 kJ/kg,效果显著。In view of the high heat consumption of the 7 m coke oven,the influencing factors for high heat consumption were analyzed.By taking relevant control measures such as lowering the center temperature of coke cakes in the oven,adjusting the opening of an air door,reducing the coefficient of excess air and improving the tightness of the coke oven wall,the heat consumption of the coke oven was reduced from 3244 kJ/kg to 2965 kJ/kg.
