摘  要:钢包加盖能够有效减少钢包运输过程的热量损失,降低炼钢过程的能源消耗。鞍钢股份有限公司炼钢总厂四分厂在转炉、LF、RH、钢包整备区域采取钢包加盖技术后,转炉出钢温度平均降低27℃,LF升温时间平均降低了约3 min,年节约成本约9100万元。The ladle capping technology can effectively reduce heat loss from a ladle during transporting the ladle and energy consumption in steelmaking process.After the ladle capping technology was used in converter,LF,RH and ladle servicing zone in No.4 Branch Mill of General Steelmaking Plant of Angang Steel Co.,Ltd.,the tapping temperature of converter was reduced by 27℃on the average and the heating-up time of LF was reduced by about 3 minutes on the average.And thus cost saving was about 91 million yuan RMB per year.
