摘 要:分析了影响热浸镀铝锌硅镁稀土合金成分偏析的原因,得出结论,在合金中各元素含量一定的条件下,合金锭的锭重、锭型以及冷却方式和强度是影响合金成分偏析程度的主要因素。提出了最佳生产工艺方案,即锭模宽厚比应在8以上,雾化喷水量1.0~1.2 kg/kg合金,喷雾时间5~6 min,喷淋喷水量2.0~3.0 kg/kg合金,喷淋时间15~20 min。方案实施后,有效地控制了合金锭元素偏析,生产的铝锌硅镁稀土合金锭化学成分较为均匀,外观质量优良。The causes influencing the alloy segregation of hot dip galvanized ignots with Al-Zn-Si-Mg-RE were analyzed and then it was concluded that as the content of each element in the alloy was certain,such factors as the weight and the shape of alloy ingots,the cooling method and their strengths were the main factors that infulenced the degree of alloy segregation.So the optimum process program was proposed,which included the ratio of width to thickness of ingots over 8,atomizing water spray volume in the range from 1.0 to 1.2 kg per kg alloy,spray time from 5 to 6 minutes,working water spray volume in the range from 2.0 to 3.0 kg per kg alloy and its spray time from 15 to 20 minutes.After the program was put into use,the element segregation of above-mentioned elements was controlled effectively and chemical compositions in alloy ingots with Al-Zn-Si-Mg-RE were relatively uniform and their surface quality was good.
