摘 要:鞍钢热轧厂1780产线通过建设产线级能源管理系统,对生产过程中的能源仪表进行实时监控,对能源消耗数据与MES系统数据进行耦合,分析了不同钢种、不同工序的能耗影响因素,实现各工序、品规及能源介质用量的精确核算。为不同钢种能耗标准设计提供了数据基础,实现了降低热轧工序能耗、优化能源成本的热轧产线能源精细化管理目标。The energy meter in operation for the 1780 production line of Ansteel Hot Rolling Mill was under real-time monitoring,and the energy consumption data together with the MES system data were coupled by establishing the energy management system with production-linescale.After that,the factors influencing the energy consumption for different steel grades and different working operations were analyzed,and thus the accurate checking computations for working operations,product specifications and energy medium consumption were achieved.Depending on these computations,the data basis for the design of energy consumption standard for dfferent steel grades was available,and furthermore the careful energy management goal of reducing the energy consumption in hot rolling operation and optimizing the energy cost in the hot rolling production was achieved.
