摘  要:本试验旨在研究断乳仔猪低蛋白质饲料中添加谷氨酸对生长性能、腹泻率、血浆抗氧化和免疫指标的影响。试验选用128头(断乳日龄为25±2 d)的三元(杜×长×大)杂交仔猪,随机分成4个处理组,每个组4个重复,每个重复8头猪,试验期16 d。处理1组为对照组,饲喂较低蛋白质基础日粮,饲料CP水平为16.48%,处理2组、3组、4组分别添加0.5%、1%、1.5%水平谷氨酸。试验结果表明,处理3组、4组仔猪平均日增重(ADG)显著高于处理1组,差异显著(P<0.05),其余各处理组之间差异不显著(P>0.05)。平均日采食量(ADFI)各组间差异均不显著(P>0.05)。处理3组断乳仔猪料重比比处理1组显著降低(P<0.05),其余各处理组之间差异不显著(P>0.05)。处理2组、3组、4组仔猪腹泻率显著低于处理1组(P<0.05),处理3组、4组极显著低于处理2组(P<0.01),处理3组与处理4组之间差异不显著(P>0.05)。处理2组、3组、4组血浆总抗氧能力(T-AOC浓度)比处理1组显著增加(P<0.05),处理3组、4组分别比处理2组显著增加(P<0.05),处理3组与处理4组之间差异不显著(P>0.05)。处理3组、4组血浆谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)活性显著高于处理1组(P<0.05),其余各处理组之间差异不显著(P>0.05)。断乳仔猪血浆超氧化物岐化酶(SOD)活性方面,处理2组、3组、4组显著高于处理1组(P<0.05),其余各处理组之间差异不显著(P>0.05)。断乳仔猪血浆丙二醛(MDA)浓度,各处理组之间差异不显著(P>0.05)。处理2组、3组、4组血浆IgG浓度显著高于处理1组(P<0.05),处理3组、4组显著高于处理2组(P<0.05),处理3组与处理4组之间差异不显著(P>0.05);处理2组、3组、4组血浆IgM浓度显著高于处理1组(P<0.05),其余各处理组之间差异不显著(P>0.05);各组间血浆IgA浓度差异不显著(P>0.05)。可见,断乳仔猪应用较低蛋白质饲料并添加谷氨酸能提高生长性能,改善料重比,减少腹泻,增强仔猪的抗氧化能力及免�This study was conducted to investigate the effects of glutamate supplementation in low protein diet on the growth performance,diarrhea rate,plasma antioxidant and immune indicators in weaning piglets.One hundred and twenty eight healthy crossbred piglets(Duroc×Landrace×Large White)were selected and randomly divided into four treatments,each treatment had 4 replicate and each replicate had 8 piglets.The experiment lasted for 16 days.Treatment group 1 was the control group,fed with a low protein basal diet with a CP level of 16.48%,and the treatment groups 2,3 and 4 were supplemented with 0.5%,1%and 1.5%glutamate,respectively.The results showed that the ADG of weaned piglets in treat group 2 and treat group 3 were significantly higher than that in group 1(P<0.05),there was no significant difference among the other treatment groups(P>0.05),and there were no significant differences in average daily feed intake(ADFI)among all groups(P>0.05).the feed to gain(F/G)in treat group3 was significantly lower than that in group 1(P<0.05),there was no significant difference among the other treatment groups(P>0.05).The diarrhea rate of piglets in treat group 2,3 and 4 were significantly lower than that in group 1(P<0.05),treat group 3 and 4 were significantly lower than that in group 2(P<0.05),there was no significant difference between treat group 3 and 4(P>0.05).The concentration of plasma total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC)in treat group 2,3 and 4 were significantly higher than that in group 1(P<0.05),treat group 3 and 4 were significantly higher than that in group 2(P<0.05),there was no significant difference between treat group 3 and 4(P>0.05).The activity of glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px)in treat group 3 and 4 were significantly higher than that in group 1(P<0.05),there was no significant difference among the other treatment groups(P>0.05).The activity of plasma superoxide dismutase(SOD)in treat group 2,3 and 4 were significantly higher than that in group 1(P<0.05),there was no significant difference among the other treat
