摘　　要：为了解重组禽流感病毒三价灭活疫苗(H5N1Re-11+H5N1Re-12+H7N9Re-3)对家禽的免疫效果,本文对建瓯市2019-2021年春秋防集中监测采集的部分规模家禽养殖场和散养户家禽的血清进行禽流感抗体监测分析对比,可以看出建瓯市不同饲养方式、不同家禽品种的禽流感H5N1Re-11、H5N1Re-12和H7N9Re-3免疫抗体平均合格率基本相同,免疫效价水平较稳定。In order to understand the immune effect of recombinant avian influenza virus trivalent inactivated vaccine(H5N1Re-11+H5N1Re-12+H7N9Re-3)on poultry,this article analyzed and compared the results of avian influenza antibody monitoring on the sera of some large-scale poultry farms and free-range poultry households collected during the spring and autumn centralized monitoring from 2019 to 2021 in Jianou city,and it can be seen that the average qualification rate of H5N1Re-11,H5N1Re-12,and H7N9Re-3 immune antibodies against avian influenza in Jianou city is basically the same for different rearing methods and poultry breeds,and the immune titer level is relatively stable.
