摘  要:猪圆环病毒、猪伪狂犬病病毒、猪细小病毒是猪场常见多发病病原,常与其他病原混合感染,影响养殖业的健康发展。为了解本地猪场3种病毒的带毒情况、疫苗防控情况,本研究采用问卷调查与核酸检测相结合的方法,对厦门市现有的53家规模猪场进行流行病学调查。结果显示,厦门市90%以上的养殖场均已自觉对3种病进行预防接种,所使用的疫苗毒株种类较多,圆环病毒和猪细小病毒以灭活苗为主,猪伪狂犬病病毒以弱毒苗为主。核酸检测PCV2、PRV、PPV的场阳性率依次为49.06%、45.28%、35.85%;样品阳性率依次为39.25%、30.94%、21.51%。结论:较高的疫苗接种率和较高的病毒检出率,说明猪场目前采用的防控措施不能有效防护这3种病毒的感染,所使用的疫苗株与当前流行株不匹配是其主要原因,应及时更换疫苗,确保防护力度。Porcine circovirus,porcine pseudorabies virus and porcine parvovirus are common pathogens in pig farms,which are often mixed with other pathogens and affect the healthy development of breeding industry.In order to understand the infection rates,the situation of vaccine prevention and control of these three viruses in local pig farms,the epidemiological survey was conducted by combining questionnaire survey and RNA detection on 53 pig farms.The results showed that the farms more than 90%had vaccinated to prevent the three diseases,and the vaccine strains used were various,including inactivated vaccine(PCV,PPV)and attenuated vaccine(PRV).The herd positive rate of viruses were PCV2(49.06%),PRV(45.28%),PPV(35.85%).The samples positive rates of viruses were PCV2(39.25%),PRV(30.94%),PPV(21.51%).Conclusion:The high vaccination rate but high virus detection rate indicate that the current prevention and control measures adopted in pig farms could not effectively protect the infection of these three viruses,the main reason is that vaccine strains used in farms do not match those current epidemic strain,should be replaced in time to ensure the intensity of protection.
