摘 要:目的系统综述短足训练对成年扁平足患者的干预效果。方法检索2010年1月至2022年12月发表在PubMed、Web of Science、Cochrane、Embase、Scopus、中国知网、万方数据库、中国生物医学文献数据库中短足训练干预治疗扁平足的相关文献,采用物理治疗证据数据库(PEDro)量表进行方法学质量评价,提取相关数据进行系统综述。结果最终纳入10篇随机对照试验,涉及335例。PEDro量表平均分7.1分。短足训练可降低扁平足患者足舟骨下降高度,提高足姿指数评分,改善平衡能力,增加拇外展肌横截面积,对足底压力无影响。结论短足训练对成年扁平足患者的足形态、平衡能力和拇外展肌有良好效果,但对足底压力的效果不显著。Objective To systematically review the effects of short-foot exercise on adult flatfoot.Methods Articles related to short-foot exercise for flatfoot were searched from PubMed,Web of Science,Cochrane,Embase,Scopus,CNKI,Wanfang Data and CBM,from January,2010 to December,2022.The methodological quality was evaluated with the Physiotherapy Evidence Database(PEDro)scale,and the relevant data were extracted.Results Ten randomized controlled trials were included,involved 335 individuals.The mean score of the PEDro scale was 7.1.Short-foot exercise improved the navicular drop,posture index score,balance and cross-sectional area of abductor hallucis muscle for patients with flatfoot,but plantar pressure.Conclusion Short-foot exercise can improve the foot structure,balance and adductor hallucis muscle in adult flatfoot,but plantar pressure.
