摘　　要：通过对学术诚信成熟度模型、学术诚信评价系统的关键指标,芬兰、奥地利、丹麦的科研诚信相关年度报告重点内容和芬兰科研诚信晴雨表调查开展研究发现,科研诚信政策及科研不端行为处理程序、科研不端案件的发生和查处、科研诚信教育与培训、科研诚信相关信息的传播、科研诚信研究与合作5个方面是当前国际科研诚信监测评价中多方共同关注的要素。各机构在开展科研诚信评价、调查等过程中的实践经验对中国开展科研诚信监测评价和提高科研诚信整体状况方面有借鉴意义。Through the analysis of the key indicators on Academic Integrity Maturity Model and Academic Integrity Rating System,the key contents of the annual report of research integrity in Finland,Austria and Denmark,and Finnish national board on research integrity,it’s found that the research integrity policy and the handling procedures of misconduct,the occurrence and investigation of misconduct cases,the education and training of research integrity,the dissemination of information related to research integrity,and the research and cooperation on research integrity are the five key elements of common concern in research integrity monitoring and evaluation.Based on the experience of the institutions in the practice of research integrity evaluation and investigation,this paper puts forward relevant suggestions on the methods of carrying out research integrity monitoring and evaluation in China,and suggestions on improving the overall situation of research integrity in China.
