摘　　要：英国政府为应对“脱欧”、新冠疫情等综合挑战,加快政策转型,拟将英国打造成为全球创新中心。通过分析“脱欧”后英国的科研经费投入支出情况、多元化科研经费结构及其政策转型的具体举措,从而提出对中国科研经费投入的相关建议。In response to the challenges of Brexit and the COVID-19,the British government has accelerated policy transformation to build the U.K.into a global innovation center.This paper analyzes the investment and expenditure of research funds in the U.K.after Brexit,the diversified structure of research funds,and the specific measures taken for policy transformation,which provides inspiration and suggestions for China’s research funding investment.
