摘　　要：介绍miR-21在针刺治疗脑性瘫痪中的运用研究价值。miR-21是miRNA家族中的一种小分子调控RNA,研究表明脑性瘫痪与miRNA之间具有密切的联系,miRNA及其调节的信号通路可以通过与靶基因结合,调控神经元细胞凋亡进而影响脑性瘫痪的病情及进展。但具体产生作用的基因还尚不明确,本研究通过对miR-21的深入挖掘,发现在脑性瘫痪细胞凋亡这一过程中,miR-21展示出了独特的优势与研究价值,因此作者围绕着脑性瘫痪、miR-21以及针刺疗法展开讨论,梳理了miR-21在脑性瘫痪中的作用机制以及针刺在脑性瘫痪中对于神经元细胞凋亡的调控作用,提出了针刺可能通过干预miR-21抑制神经元细胞凋亡从而治疗脑性瘫痪的可能性。This study introduced the application research value of miR-21 in acupuncture treatment for cerebral palsy(CP).miR-21 is a small regulatory RNA in the miRNA family.Studies have shown that CP and miRNA have a close relationship.miRNA and its regulated signaling pathways can regulate neuronal apoptosis by binding to target genes to affect the condition and progression of CP.However,the specific genes that play a role are still unclear.In this study,through the in-depth mining of miR-21,it is found that miR-21 shows unique advantages and research value in the process of cell apoptosis in CP.Therefore,the study started the discussion around CP,miR-21 and acupuncture therapy,sorted out the mechanism of miR-21 in CP,and the regulatory effect of acupuncture on neuronal apoptosis in CP,and proposed the possibility that acupuncture might treat CP by interfering with miR-21 to inhibit neuronal apoptosis.
