穴位贴敷治疗烟草依赖的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察穴位贴敷治疗烟草依赖的临床疗效。方法:按随机数字表法将60例烟草依赖患者分为治疗组30例和对照组30例。对照组采用尼古丁贴片戒烟方法,治疗组给予中药穴位贴敷治疗。分别于治疗前、治疗2个月结束后测试CO含量,并于第6个月检测CO含量观察是否复吸。结合每日吸烟量、尼古丁依赖程度量表(FTND)、明尼苏达尼古丁戒断症状量表(MNWS)及吸烟渴求简短问卷(QSU-Brief)评价戒烟疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率为80.0%(24/80),明显优于对照组的73.33%(22/30)(P<0.05)。治疗后两组患者每日吸烟量均减少,且治疗组低于对照组(P<0.01)。治疗后FTND量表评分与MNWS量表评分、QSU-Brief量表评分均明显降低,且治疗组改善优于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:穴位贴敷治疗烟草依赖患者疗效显著,有助于提高戒烟率,降低尼古丁依赖程度,减轻吸烟渴求,改善戒断症状,且不易复吸,值得临床推广和应用。Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of acupoint application in treatment of tobacco dependence.Methods:60 cases of tobacco dependence were randomly divided into the treatment group(n=30)and the control group(n=30).The control group was given nicotine patch to quit smoking,and the treatment group was given acupoint application of Chinese medicinal.The level of CO was measured before the treatment,2 months after the treatment and 6 months after the treatment.Efficacy of smoking cessation was evaluated with daily smoking amount,scores of Fagerstorm Test for Nicotine Dependence(FTND),Minnesota Nicotine Withdrawal Symptom Scale(MNWS)and Questionnaire on Smoking Urges Brief(QSU-Brief).Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group was 80.0%(24/80),which was significantly higher than 73.33%(22/30)of the control group(P<0.05).After the treatment,the daily amount of smoking decreased in both groups,and it was lower in the treatment group than that in the control group(P<0.01).The scores of FTND,MNWS and QSU-Brief were significantly decreased,and the improvements were more significant in the treatment group than those in the control group after the treatment(P<0.05,P<0.01).Conclusion:Acupoint application is effective in treatment of tobacco dependence,which is helpful to increase smoking cessation rate,reduce nicotine dependence,reduce smoking craving,improve withdrawal symptoms,and is not easy to relapse.The therapy is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
