摘 要:采用传统自由基共聚方法,通过甲基丙烯酸十八烷基酯和丙烯酸丁酯共聚合反应,制备了甲基丙烯酸十八烷基酯-丙烯酸丁酯二元共聚物。该二元共聚物与沥青相容性好,极易溶解于沥青。二元共聚物改性沥青,延度有了极大提升,而软化点基本不变。当共聚物添加量在2%时,甲基丙烯酸十八烷基酯-丙烯酸丁酯(8∶2)共聚物使得改性沥青针入度与基质沥青相当。当共聚物添加量在4%~6%时,甲基丙烯酸十八烷基酯-丙烯酸丁酯(7∶3)共聚物使得改性沥青针入度与基质沥青相当。通过甲基丙烯酸十八酯、丙烯酸丁酯和丙烯酸自由基共聚合反应,制备了甲基丙烯酸十八酯-丙烯酸丁酯-丙烯酸三元共聚物。三元共聚物改性沥青抗剥离性能有了显著提高。共聚物中丙烯酸单体的存在是造成改性沥青抗剥离性能提高的关键。三元共聚物掺量越大,改性沥青的抗剥离性能越好。The stearyl methacrylate-butyl acrylate binary copolymer was prepared by the copolymerization of stearyl methacrylate and butyl acrylate via traditional free radical method.The copolymer has good compatibility with asphalt and is easily soluble in asphalt.The ductility of the asphalt modified by this binary copolymer has been greatly improved,while the softening point is nearly unchanged.When the dosage of the copolymer was 2%,the stearyl methacrylate-butyl acrylate(8∶2)copolymer made the penetration of the modified asphalt comparable to that of the base asphalt.When the dosage of the copolymer was 4%~6%,the stearyl methacrylate-butyl acrylate(7∶3)copolymer made the penetration of the modified asphalt comparable to that of the base asphalt.The stearyl methacrylate-butyl acrylate-acrylic acid terpolymer was prepared by the free radical copolymerization of stearyl methacrylate,butyl acrylate and acrylic acid.The terpolymer modified asphalt has greatly improved the anti-peeling performance.The presence of acrylic monomer in the copolymer is the key to improve the anti-stripping performance of modified asphalt.The larger the terpolymer dosage is,the better the anti-stripping performance of the modified asphalt becomes.
