摘　　要：目的 了解老年患者肺功能检查配合欠佳的影响因素,为制订相应策略以提高其检查配合度提供参考。方法 通过目的抽样法,于2021年9月至2022年1月选取在南宁市某三级甲等医院行肺功能检查的19例配合欠佳的老年患者作为研究对象,采用现象学研究法对其进行半结构式访谈,运用Colaizzi 7步分析法对资料进行整理和分析。结果 对老年患者肺功能检查配合欠佳提炼出4个主题:肺功能检查相关知识不足;消极的自我感知老化;心理负担重及疾病因素。结论 医护人员应切实做到以患者为中心,充分了解老年患者肺功能检查配合欠佳的相关影响因素,及时制订相应对策以促进老年患者积极配合肺功能检查。Objective To understand the influencing factors of poor compliance in elderly patients during pulmonary function examination,providing a reference for formulating corresponding strategies to improve their compliance.Methods From September 2021 to January 2022,19 elderly patients with poor compliance during pulmonary function examination in a Grade III⁃A hospital in Nanning were selected by purposive sampling.Then,semi⁃structured interviews were conducted by phenomenological research method with them.The interview data were sorted out and analyzed by Colaizzi's 7⁃step analysis method.Results A total of 4 topics were extracted from the poor compliance in elderly patients during pulmonary function examination:insufficient knowledge about pulmonary function examination;negative self⁃perception of aging;heavy psychological burden and disease factors.Conclusion Healthcare providers should be patient⁃centered,fully understand the related influencing factors of poor compliance in elderly patients during pulmonary function examination,and timely formulate corresponding countermeasures to encourage them to actively cooperate during pulmonary function examination.
