摘 要:为进一步提升柴油转子发动机的性能,对柴油转子发动机缸内燃烧过程进行了研究。此外,考虑到转子发动机在实际工作过程中难以避免的径向泄漏,建立了一种考虑径向密封泄漏的周边进气转子发动机三维动态计算模型,并对模型进行了验证。结合该计算模型,研究了柴油喷射时刻和喷射持续期对燃料分布及燃烧过程的影响。结果表明:当喷射时刻为上止点前80°曲轴转角且喷射持续期为50°曲轴转角时可获得较好的燃烧和排放特性。与原方案相比,缸内峰值压力提升了11.38%,碳烟和CO生成量分别降低了78.71%和92.72%,NO_(x)和CO_(2)生成量有所增加。In order to improve the performance of diesel rotary engine,the combustion process of diesel rotary engine was studied.In addition,considering the apex seal leakage which is difficult to avoid in the actual working process of the rotary engine,a three-dimensional dynamic calculation model of the peripheral intake rotary engine considering apex seal leakage was established and verified.Combined with the model,the effects of injection time and duration on fuel distribution and combustion process were studied.The results show that when the injection time is 80°in crankshaft angle before top dead center and the injection duration is 50°in crankshaft angle,better combustion and emission characteristics can be obtained.Compared with the original scheme,the in-cylinder peak pressure increased by 11.38%,the soot and CO production decreased by 78.71%and 92.72%,respectively,and the NO_(x) and CO_(2) production increased.
