摘 要:目的 分离鉴定沙漠嘎具有抗哮喘活性有效部位的化学成分,以明确其抗哮喘药效物质基础。方法 采用硅胶柱层析法、十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶(octadecylsilyl, ODS)柱层析法和高效制备液相色谱法对沙漠嘎有效部位的化学成分进行分离纯化,采用高分辨率质谱和核磁共振等技术对分离得到的成分进行鉴定。结果 从沙漠嘎具有抗哮喘活性有效部位中分离鉴定了6种化学成分,分别为帕得马亭(Ⅰ)、甲基-3-(4′-羟苯基)香豆酸(Ⅱ)、3,5,4′-三羟基-7-甲氧基黄酮(Ⅲ)、3,5,4′-三羟基-7,3′-二甲氧基黄酮(Ⅳ)、茵陈蒿香豆酸A(Ⅴ)、圣草酚-7-甲醚(Ⅵ)。结论 首次从沙漠嘎中分离并鉴定了化合物Ⅰ~Ⅵ,为沙漠嘎的多指标质量控制及抗哮喘作用机制研究提供了参考。Objective To isolate and identify the chemical constituents from the effective parts with the antiasthma activity of Artemisia halodendron,and illustrate the basis of its antiasthma efficacy material.Methods Silica gel column chromatography,ODS column chromatography,and high performance preparative liquid chromatography were used to separate and purify the chemical constituents from the effective parts of Artemisia halodendron,and the separated components were identified by high-resolution mass spectrometry and nuclear magnetic resonance.Results Six components were isolated and identified from the effective parts of Artemisia halodendron,including padmatin(Ⅰ),methyl 3-(4′-hydroxyphenyl)coumarate(Ⅱ)and 3,5,4′-trihydroxy-7-methoxyflavone(Ⅲ),3,5,4′-trihydroxy-7,3′-dimethoxyflavone(Ⅳ),capillartemsin A(Ⅴ)and 7-o-methylodictyol(Ⅵ).Conclusion CompoundsⅠ-Ⅵare isolated and identified from Artemisia halodendron for the first time,which provides a reference for the multivariate quality control and the study on antiasthma mechanism of Artemisia halodendron.
