摘　　要：针对当前不动产登记过程中,存在系统内容较为分散、信息处理不全面,从而降低工作效率的情况,研究了互联网技术下不动产登记一体化系统。该系统利用互联网技术,构建整合系统模块,通过区块链技术构建不动产登记一体化系统的基础架构,利用区块链技术对不动产登记业务管理流程进行设计,完成不动产交易的一体化设计。实验验证了该系统安全性高、资源利用率高、响应效果好,可以有效实现不动产登记一体化。Based on the current real estate registration process,there are system with more fragmented content and incomplete information processing,which reduces the work efficiency.This paper studies the design of integrated real estate registration system under Internet technology.The system uses Internet technology to build an integrated system module,constructs the infrastructure of the integrated real estate registration system through Blockchain technology,designs the real estate registration business management process by using Blockchain technology,and completes the integrated design of real estate transactions.Experiments show that the system has high security,high resource utilization,good response effect,and can effectively realize the integration of real estate registration.
