摘 要:非二氧化碳温室气体减排对于应对气候变化具有重要的意义,但其涉及能源、农业、废弃物处理及工业等众多领域,减排难度较大。本文对我国非二氧化碳温室气体排放和管控现状进行了梳理,分析了非二氧化碳温室气体减排形势、机遇与挑战,从加强减排政策的统筹协调、强化减排和监测技术支撑、促进国际交流合作等方面提出非二氧化碳温室气体减排的相关建议,以便有序推进非二氧化碳温室气体减排。The reduction of emissions from non-carbon dioxide greenhouse gases is of paramount importance in addressing the challenges posed by climate change.However,achieving this reduction is a complex endeavor that requires concerted efforts across multiple fields such as energy,agriculture,waste disposal and industry.This paper provides an overview of the current state of emissions and control measures for non-carbon dioxide greenhouse gases.It analyzes the situation,opportunities and challenges associated with reducing emissions from these gases and summarizes relevant recommendations for achieving this reduction,These recommendations include strengthening coordination in emission reduction policies,bolstering technical support for monitoring and reducing emissions,and promoting international cooperation and exchange,all of which are vital to promoting an orderly reduction of non-carbon dioxide greenhouse gases.
