摘 要:铅锌冶炼企业使用两段式煤气发生炉,煤气生产系统酚水产出量大,酚水贮存带来大气、废水、土壤污染隐患问题。该文通过工艺比对,选择适合本企业的酚水处置最佳方案除油净化+蒸发焚烧法。结果表明,在选择最佳生产工艺控制下的环境经济效益与作为危险废物规范化转移处理费用进行计算分析比对,得出前者收益和成本基本达到平衡,较后一种处理方法费用低。对采用除油净化+蒸发焚烧法的经济最优性做进行研究探讨,得出处理酚水产生量为25 t/d,选择三级油水分离器最优处理量为5 m^(3)/h,增加换热器换热面积206 m^(2),以0.1%聚合氯化铝(PAC),0.03%聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)配合比,控制下段煤气温度在400~440℃时,实现酚水处理费用盈亏平衡。The two-stage gas generator is used in lead and zinc smelting enterprises.The gas production system produces a large amount of phenol water,and the storage of phenol water brings hidden problems of air,waste water and soil pollution.In this paper,through the process comparison,the best solution for the treatment of phenolic water is selected for the company′s degreasing purification and evaporative incineration.The results show that the environmental and economic benefits under the optimal production process control are calculated,analyzed and compared with the costs of standardized transfer of hazardous wastes.It is concluded that the benefits and costs of the former are basically balanced,and the costs of the former are lower than those of the latter.The economic optimality of oil removal purification+evaporation incineration method is studied and discussed.It is concluded that the production of phenol water treatment is 25 t d,the optimal treatment capacity of three-stage oil-water separator is 5 m^(3)h,the heat exchange area of heat exchanger is increased by 206 m^(2),and 0.1%polyaluminum chloride(PAC)and 0.03%polyacrylamide(PAM)are used to control the gas temperature in the lower section at 400~440℃,so as to achieve the profit and loss balance of the cost of phenol water treatment.
