摘 要:绕管式热交换器因其结构紧凑、可实现多种介质同时换热、热膨胀可自行补偿、可靠性高、稳定性好、易于实现单体设备大型化等优点,逐渐应用于大型化工装置的各个领域。结合工程案例,采用ANSYS Workbench有限元软件,对绕管式热交换器分体管板进行应力分析,并进行结构优化,为同类结构的工程设计提供参考。Coil-wound heat exchangers are gradually applied in large-scale chemical plants thanks to their compact footprint,simultaneous heat exchange of multiple media,self-compensation for thermal expansion,reliability,stability,and easy realization of large-scale single equipment.Based on a project case,ANSYS Workbench finite element software is employed to analyze the stress of the split tube sheet of the coil-wound heat exchanger,and to optimize the structure,so as to provide reference for the engineering design of similar structures.
