摘  要:针对某石化公司常压装置常顶空冷器的翅片管和异径接管产生多处裂纹而发生泄漏的事件,通过对空冷器的运行工况调研和泄漏部位的检测分析,并结合失效机理和应力来源,分析了空冷器产生裂纹的原因,并从设备维修、优化“一脱二注”工艺,加强腐蚀监测、加强设备运行管理、采用新材料等方面提出改进措施。For the leakage incident caused by multiple cracks in the finned tube and reducing tube of the atmospheric distillation tower top air cooler of the atmospheric distillation unit of a petrochemical company,through the investigation and analysis of the operating conditions of the air cooler and the inspection and analysis of the leakage points,combined with the failure mechanism and stress source,the causes for cracks in the air cooler were analyzed,and improvement measures were proposed in terms of equipment maintenance,optimization of the“one removal and two injection”process,strengthening of corrosion monitoring,strengthening of equipment operation management,and adoption of new materials.
