药芯焊丝在承压设备焊接中的应用分析

摘　　要：采用药芯焊丝作为焊接材料的药芯焊丝电弧焊,具有飞溅小、成型好、效率高等特点,广泛应用于钢结构制造、造船、海洋工程、石化装备制造等领域。介绍了药芯焊丝及药芯焊丝电弧焊的特点、技术要求,分析了药芯焊丝在压力容器、压力管道等承压设备焊接中的应用情况,并对药芯焊丝电弧焊在国内承压设备焊接的推广应用提出了相应的建议和措施。Flux-cored arc welding using flux-cored wire as the welding material has the characteristics of small spatter,good forming,and high efficiency.It is extensively applied in steel structure fabrication,shipbuilding,offshore engineering,and petrochemical equipment manufacturing.The characteristics and technical requirements of flux-cored welding wire and flux-cored arc welding are presented,the application of flux-cored welding wire in the welding of pressure vessels,pressure pipes and other pressure equipment are analyzed.Corresponding suggestions and measures are given for the promotion and application of flux-cored welding wire in the welding for pressure equipment in China.
