摘 要:针对传统水凝胶耐候性差及易失去柔性等问题,以海藻酸钠(Sodium Alginate,SA)、聚乙烯醇(Polyvinyl Alcohol,PVA)为基质,单宁酸(Tannic Acid,TA)和氯化钙(Calcium Chloride,CaCl_(2))为交联剂,甘油(Glycerol,GL)和水为溶剂,制备了多重交联海藻酸钙(Calcium Alginate,CA)/聚乙烯醇(CA/PVA)水凝胶。研究显示该水凝胶具有优异的力学性能、抗冻保水性及导电性。其拉伸断裂伸长率可达~808%;常温电导率达0.32 S/m;-60℃时仍不冻结,且较宽温度范围内具备良好导电性能;25℃、相对湿度60%的环境中放置一周仅失水35%。该水凝胶应变传感性良好,可作为柔性传感器稳定监测人体细微动作。In view of the problems of poor weather-resistant and easy loss of flexibility of traditional hydrogels,multiple-crosslinked calcium alginate/polyvinyl alcohol(CA/PVA)hydrogels were prepared using sodium alginate(SA)and polyvinyl alcohol(PVA)as the matrix,tannic acid(TA)and calcium chloride(CaCl_(2))as the crosslinkers,and glycerol(GL)and water as solvents.Studies show that the hydrogels has excellent mechanical property,freezing-resistance,water loss resistance and electrical conductivity.The tensile elongation at break reach up to~808%.The conductivity reach 0.32 S/m at room temperature.No freezing is observed at-60℃,and it displays good conductivity in a wide temperature range.Only 35%of water is lost after a week under 25℃and 60%relative humidity.The hydrogel show good strain-sensing performance and can be used as a flexible sensor to stably monitor subtle movements of human body.
