摘  要:旨在通过阐述工程伦理学的由来,剖析化工企业生态环境问题与近几年发生的安全事件的主要原因,分析人为因素对化工事件的影响和化工事件中存在的伦理问题,探究工程伦理学指导预防化工事件的作用,并利用化工伦理学指导工程师时刻牢记工程中的基本伦理道德,树立以人为本的理念,以社会利益和公共利益为出发点,以工程伦理最基本的道德规范为准则扎根到工程建设中去。既要关爱自然,敬畏生命,保护生态环境,建立人与自然和谐健康发展的桥梁,实现人与自然的可持续发展,也要切实履行法律法规赋予工程师的职责,敢于担当,不怕吃苦,用自己的实际行动去化解工作中可能存在的诸多风险。The purpose of this paper is to explore the role of engineering ethics in guiding the prevention of chemical incidents by elaborating the origin of engineering ethics,analyzing the main causes of ecological and environmental problems in chemical enterprises and safety incidents in recent years,analyzing the impact of human factors on chemical incidents and ethical problems in chemical incidents.Chemical engineering ethics is used to guide engineers to keep in mind the basic ethics in engineering,establish the people-oriented concept,take social interests and public interests as the starting point,and take the most basic ethics of engineering ethics as the criterion to take root in engineering construction.That is to say,we should care for nature,revere life,protect the ecological environment,build a bridge for the harmonious and healthy development of man and nature,and realize the sustainable development of man and nature.We should also earnestly fulfill the responsibilities entrusted to engineers by laws and regulations,dare to assume,not afraid of hardship,and use our own practical actions to resolve many risks that may exist in our work.
