摘  要:应用TBM技术进行煤矿巷道施工,在安全、质量、进度等方面有诸多优势。国内煤矿针对TBM施工进行了大量的应用研究工作,近年来,岩巷快速掘进问题,一直是制约煤矿高效生产的关键因素,传统的巷道支护施工,用人多,进尺效率低,安全风险大。分析了TBM工法围岩支护技术研究现状,以国内某工程为例,介绍了不同支护方案特点,并提出多台钻机分区分时支护方案,研发的全断面硬岩掘进机(TBM)配套的高效支护装置及对应的人员安全防护装置,达到了掘、支同步作业,智能、安全、少人支护的预期效果。The application of TBM technology in coal mine roadway construction has many advantages in terms of safety,quality and progress.Domestic coal mines have carried out a lot of application research work on TBM construction.In recent years,the problem of rapid excavation of rock roadway has been the key factor restricting the efficient production of coal mines.The traditional roadway support construction has many people,low footage efficiency and high safety risk.The current research situation of the surrounding rock support technology of TBM construction method was analyzed,a domestic project was taken as an example,the characteristics of different support schemes were introduced,and the zoning and time-sharing support scheme of multiple drilling machines was put forward,and the developed high-efficiency support device and corresponding personnel safety protection device for the full-face hard rock tunneling machine(TBM),which achieves the expected effect of simultaneous excavation and support,intelligent,safe and less support.
