中介作用下合作社功能对农户绿色生产行为的影响——基于南疆苹果种植户的绿色认知

摘　　要：农户生产行为的选择是内部和外部因素共同作用的结果。基于南疆第一师阿拉尔市苹果种植户的调研数据,构建中介效应模型,并运用SPSS软件实证分析合作社功能、绿色认知对农户绿色生产行为的影响。实证结果表明:合作社功能显著影响农户的绿色生产行为,其中参与合作社培训与农户绿色生产行为正相关关系最为显著;合作社功能显著影响农户的绿色认知,其中绿色农药化肥的使用对提升农户绿色生产观念效果最为明显;合作社功能和农户的绿色认知均显著影响农户的绿色生产行为,说明入社农户在合作社提供先进资源和服务的基础上,绿色生产意识和行为有了显著提高,作为中介变量的“绿色认知”发挥作用,推动农户在绿色生产意识指导下实施绿色生产行为,绿色化生产方式已经逐渐成为农户决策的选择项。基于此,从政府、合作社、农户3个层面提出了实现南疆林果业绿色可持续发展的建议。Farmers'choice of production behavior is the result of internal and external factors.Based on the survey data of apple growers in Aral,Xinjiang,the First Division of southern Xinjiang,an intermediary effect model was constructed and the effects of cooperative function and green cognition on farmers'green prodluction behavior were empirically analyzed by using SPSS software.The empirical results showed that cooperative function significantly affects farmers'green production behavior,and the positive correlation between participation in cooperative training and farmers'green prodluction behavior is the most significant,among them,the use of green pesticide and chemical fertilizer has the most obviouseffect on improving farmers'green production concept,and the functions of cooperatives and farmers'green cognition have significant influence on farmers'green production behavior,it showed that on the basis of providing advanced resources and services,the awareness and behavior of green production havebeen significantly improved,and the green cognition,as an intermedliary variable,plays an important role,green mode of production has gradually become a decision-making option for farmers,who are encouragedto implement green production practices under the guidance of green prodluction awareness.Based on this,some suggestions to realize the green and sustainable development of forest and fiuit industry in southern Xinjiang were put forward from the perspective of govermment,cooperatives and farmers.
