摘 要:金福菇是一种高温型菌菇,菌肉白嫩肥厚,营养丰富,且耐贮性好。从形态特征、营养条件、生活习性三方面综述其生物学特性,总结其菌种生产和栽培管理技术,通过查阅相关文献分析金福菇的研究现状,指出金福菇在我国目前尚为小众食用菌品种,对其研究主要集中在栽培技术方面,有关金福菇遗传育种、生理生化、活性成分、产品加工等的研究明显较少。金福菇无论科学研究领域还是市场开发空间都有待进一步拓展。Macrocybe lobayensis is a high temperature mushroom,with white,tender,and thick flesh,rich nutrition,and good storage resistance.The biological characteristics,strain production,and cultivation management techniques were summarized from three aspects:morphological characteristics,nutritional conditions,and living habits.According to current research status of Macrocybe lobayensis,It is pointed out that the mushroom is currently a niche edible mushroom variety in China,and research on it mainly focuses on cultivation techniques.There is significantly less research on genetic breeding,physiology and biochemistry,active ingredients,and processing of Macrocybe lobayensis.Both the scientific research field and market development space of Macrocybe lobayensis need to be further expanded.
